Our beautiful rainbow colored salad bar is back up and running! We now have an authorization to use bottled water for cooking and cleaning in the cafeteria and our new Cafeteria Manager Andrea is off and cooking! We are in process of buying a large tank and pump to hook up for full-time fresh water in the cafeteria. There is a high likelihood that County Supervisor Jim Desmond's office will cover the costs for us through a neighborhood improvement grant!

Today was 100 Day Hooray! I didn't get a pic of the 100-day bands or future cars, sigh, but we did get pictures of them counting to 100 and 10s and 5s! We are 100 days smarter! We also celebrated Global Read Aloud with our 6th grade teacher who read to my class during her lunch!

Bus schedules on Tuesday morning will be 2 hours later. For example, if your child's bus stop is 6:35 am it will be 8:35 am instead. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Today, some of the girls were able to complete their "Reframing Labels" activity. They shared some labels that they have been given and "reframed" them into positive statements about themselves. 💖
