Kitchen pot hanger. Great job using reclaimed wood!

In 5th Period Art students research and choose a different cultural art, art period or art movement that they are interested in, then create an original piece of art in the style they selected and write an artist’s statement about their work. One of the requirements for writing an artist’s statement is creating a title for their art piece. The attached on-line gallery includes the student’s artwork title that they felt best describes their work/motivation.
The class is self-directed and doing great work. There is more art to publish in another gallery, so stay tuned!
