With half the district still with no power and a majority of the students doing online we will unfortunately have to close school for tomorrow. The wind is expected to die down tomorrow and the red flag warning should be over tomorrow evening.

On Fridays, students normally do not attend school other than a quick online meeting and tutorials with their teachers. Due to the wide spread power outages we will be cancelling online lessons and tutorials tomorrow. We will also be cancelling the normal lunch deliveries as many families have stated they do not have working fridges or freezers to receive the meals. We will instead delivery Monday and Friday of next week. Sorry for the inconvenience. Remember to check out the Warner Resource Center during outages for items to help during these trying times.
2nd grade presented some of their animal reports this week in class. The students did a wonderful job researching and creating their animals!
First graders start the day with an engineering challenge. Kelly made monkey bars, Silas made a roving playground, and TeAsia made a ladder and slide. How would you design a playground?

Miss Diamond our class elf showed up today. We are not sure how comfortable she is right now but we are taking good care of her! We read the ELF book and are ready to be the best TK2ROCKS class ever!!!!Happy December Warner!!!!

Our hotspots have helped most families get adequate internet but there are still areas that are not receiving internet. Reminder Warner parents and staff that in-person classes will be back on Monday. We will also be delivering lunches on Monday and Friday this week. Regular time and regular place. If you can not make it to pick up the lunches, please call so the lunch doesn't go to waste.
Dear Warner Parents,
Here is a quick important message. Reminder that tomorrow is lunch delivery day. We will not be delivering the following week because of the holidays. The delivery will be on the following Monday November 30th. There will be 2 deliveries that week.
I also am happy to report since we quarantined we have had no extra Covid cases. Shutting down the school was an extra step just incase the quarantine didn't work. There has been no spread of Covid between our initial 2 cases and the staff and students who came in contact. Our safeguards were a successful.
We will be returning to school November 30th for in-person classes. We still ask parents to symptom screen every morning and not to send students to school who have symptoms.
