Dear Warner Parents,
CalFire and The San Diego County Public Health Department has approached Warner Unified with an offer to vaccinate students ages 12 to 18 with the Pfizer 2 shot vaccine. The survey is to see what interest there is in the Warner Community for this age group.
I understand this is a political topic and I want to emphasize that this survey is only to gauge interest in getting the vaccine. The school believes this is a family decision and only wants to make it convenient for those who do what the vaccine. You can access our survey on website, Warnerusd.net. If you have questions please call the district office at 760-782-3517.
