Kandinsky inspired concentric circles created by 4th grade today during our first in-person art class this school year. This is part of a larger all school project which will be displayed in the district office. I was so impressed with their work that I had to share.

If there’s one thing first grade has learned this year, it’s how to “pivot.”No electricity? No problem. We ran our Zoom lesson on Ms. Rudloff’s phone and did our rainy day experiment together. Swipe for instructions to try this one at home!

This morning first grade painted springtime magnets followed by a little “spring cleaning.” You may be surprised but first graders love washing dishes at the sink - it must be the sponges and bubbles. I promise there’s little smiles under those masks. :)
