Kandinsky inspired concentric circles created by 4th grade today during our first in-person art class this school year. This is part of a larger all school project which will be displayed in the district office. I was so impressed with their work that I had to share.

This morning first grade painted springtime magnets followed by a little “spring cleaning.” You may be surprised but first graders love washing dishes at the sink - it must be the sponges and bubbles. I promise there’s little smiles under those masks. :)





5th Grade han a virtual presentation today from I love a Clean San Diego! We learned about food webs and marine ecosystems and the environmental impact our actions have on these systems.


One of our Wildcats has a job interview today. Ironing his interview attire and with some help from fellow students he was able to practice possible interview questions. Proud of you Josh!



The junior class organized their own banana bread bake off today. It was very fun and delicious! Congrats to Juan, our winner!

Lesson Goals- Create a contour drawing of a shoe, Divide the background in an interesting way and create pattern designs in each space created by dividing. A pattern design can be repeated once.

Second post of graduates: We are so proud of our March graduates! Mr.MacLeod and Mrs.Sutton made the rounds to Santa Ysabel, Lake Henshaw and even Murrieta. Cards signed by staff, custom cookies and balloons were all hand delivered. Way to go Wildcats!

First Grade built leprechaun traps in the morning and then put together a pot of gold celebrating their personal “treasures.” What do you treasure? In first grade, we love our pets!
